Elizabeth & Billy chose to have December 31st as their wedding date. What a night. The reception was held at the Rialto in Saint Louis’ Grand Center. Fireworks twice in the night set the stage. Open bar & a slew of hors d’oeuvres flowed through out the evening as people danced through the new year.
