The Holidays are almost over. The season was nice and busy. Many new clients were introduced to our services. The list includes First Bank, French Gerlemann, African Arts Fest, Heart Asso. and several departments in the Washington University Medical School along with many home Holiday parties.

Recent catered events were held at Saint Louis University’s College Church & il Monestero. Third Degree Glass hosted a wedding reception. The Sheldon had the usual concerts, luncheons and a wedding reception for us. Hendri’s hosted a fund raiser and receptions.

Autumn Events

With the Fall weather, what better way to start a wedding reception dinner than with soup and grilled cheese. This was recently served along with a premium open bar of course. Hendri’s was booked solid with receptions. Fall is a nice time to get married.

Hendri’s catered another fund raiser at the Soulard Preservation Hall. This dinner auction was for Jamaican children. The Stupp Center in Tower Grove Park hosted a company picnic complete with games, drinks and fried chicken. Several other corporate caterings included breakfasts and boxed lunches. Several events were catered for Washington University including one at the World’s Fair Pavilion in Forest Park.

Back to School

It’s that time of year. Schools are welcoming back students with picnics, orientations and gatherings. Hendri’s will be catering several of these events including a large barbecue for the St. Louis Priory. Hendri’s will also be at Washington University catering for the Medical School in Forest Park and several events the Graduate School. These and several others in the coming week will be a great way to start the school year.

July Events

Hendri’s is glad to be catering several fund raising & awareness events in July.

We will be catering in Faust Park in Saint Louis County for both Birthright of St. Louis and for Stockton Culver College. One will be held at the Butterfly House. The other at the St. Louis Carousel.

The event at the Sheldon Concert Hall is for CASA. Over 250 guests will attend the gala.

The Stupp Center in Tower Grove Park hosted an event for Second Wind. Hendri’s provided barbecue & beverage service for recipients of lung transplants.

Saint Louis Zoo

Hendri’s was once again happy to be a part of Zoofari. Since 1995 we have helped make this great gala a success. This years event title’ Tigers in the Twilight” was well attended. Guest sampled foods from many vendors including Hendri’s own pulled pork sliders & bloody Mary soup.

The Wedding Month of June

June is a busy month and we like it. We had some great events at The Stupp Center in Tower Grove Park and in Faust Park at both the Carousel & the Butterfly House. Indoor receptions were held at the Thaxton in downtown St. Louis, the Soulard Preservation Hall in Soulard & at the Mahler Ballroom in the Central West End. Thanks to our brides and these great venues.

May Weddings

May 14 seems to be a busy day for couples starting a new life. Ali & Jeremy are having their affair at the Rialto in Grand Center. Kala & Steve chose a tented outdoor venue at the Butterfly House in Faust Park. Lynsey and Andrew are having an after ceremony luncheon at the Stupp Cneter & Garden in Tower Grove Park with carriage rides, food and drinks. While two couples, Larissa & Justin and Melissa & Matt, are at our own space, Hendri’s. We wish these and all couples a great life together.

Spring Time

Spring is in the air. Warm weather will soon be here to stay. Hendri’s caters at some great venues with outdoor space. The Stupp Center & Garden is in beautiful Tower Grove Park. The private outdoor space is complete with a fountain, green space and a courtyrad. The Butterfly House and The St. Louis Carousel both have great outdoor spaces for guest to gather under moon lit skies. Contact Hendri’s for more information about these venues and more.

Hendri’s – a St Louis Catering and Event company is proud to announce that we have been added as a preferred caterer to two premium venues. The Thaxton, located downtown, and The Rialto Ballroom in Grand Center. Each has their own unique flavor. Both are great spaces for great events.
